Or neither.
He is correct, unless you mean just for you. Even then you still have to do it yourself. |

| I hate the new chat gui, the text is way to small. |

| You can always replace it with your own chat GUI in your games. |

| I think you can replace the CoreGuis for yourself, I am not sure though. |

| You can to a certain point (Or could?), changing the properties (Text size) is beyond that point |

| I think you can replace the entire thing. Not sure, though. |

| The only way you can change a core part of Roblox is through the exposed properties and methods, or through DLL injection |

You can totally replace the entire thing, just disable the GUI and add your own.
I don't see why so many people like it. It takes up less space, has a scroll bar, the team/whisper chats are easier to work with, you can just click on a name on the GUI to whisper to them and save time and effort. |

| I meant to say "I don't see why so many people don't like it", but the unintentional sarcasm may have a better effect. |

| The only reason I don't like it is because to me its almost completely unreadable |

| Then you have too many pixels-per-inch. I have 118, and that works fine. |

I retract my statement
I went in a game to take a screenshot of the text from the chat and show you, the size is like 2 times bigger than it was for me yesterday. |

| Only works in Studio, since I'm pretty sure there would be security vulnerabilities for using that in actual places. |

| You sure? (I was wondering how they got around the security issues, I assumed that CoreScripts did not replicate changes or something) |

".Studio" If it is in the Studio settings, shouldn't it be for Studio? Name one other Studio category setting that works in online mode. |

Even if it didn't replicate, you could still change your walkspeed, health, anything else that is local. And even use functions accessible to the client using a command bar GUI created by the CoreScript, including RemoteFunctions and RemoteEvents (Unless they block that for CoreScripts). You could most likely even use it to spam reports about a player you hate, and get yourself banned. Or automatically spam friend requests, or a bunch of other methods normally locked.
Hacking local script access is one thing, but getting something with higher permissions? And they allow that? I don't think so. |

Yeah, I was a bit sceptical myself.
But for all I knew, the CoreScripts could only modify CoreGui or something clever like that ;P |
