my dad is letting me get either an xbox 360 or xbox one for christmas both of them seem really good but idk which to pick. my friends say i should not get the xbox one bc there are less ppl on it. some of my other friends say i should get it bc one day the xbox 360 will become really old and it'll be worthless.
but there are more games for xbox 360 and i know that they are working on making games for xbox one. one game i really want to get for xbox one is minecraft (yes ik what minecraft is bc iv'e played it for several years on pe and pc) but its only on xbox 360.
so xbox one or xbox 360? |

Xbox 360. Don't waste your money on an Xbox One.
If you want a next gen console, go for PS4. |

Xbox One or PS3.
And plus, if you take the X1, you can sell the X1, and get an X360 and pocket some more money for a PS3 or PS4.

Interesting question.
I wouldn't get an Xbox One yet. I think a smaller SKU of it will be coming out within a year or so.

As for the Xbox 360...what games do you want for that system? Because if it's like a handful, it's not worth it, given that the system is on the tail end of its life. But it is a great value regardless. Walmart has a COD bundle for the system that costs only 250$. |

| You get older consoles because all their games are already out, and thus they have a much larger number of games to play on them. They're also much cheaper. |
