About a month ago, I bought a month of OBC for the first time. A week ago my bank changed and in turn so did my Credit Card information. My OBC expired on 11/4/2014, but I still have my OBC. I think it’s because of the following which I pulled directly from the ROBLOX website: “it is currently in the process of renewal with our payment processor, which briefly disallows changes to the membership during this time. Once the renewal process is complete, the membership can be canceled and you will still receive the full amount of time paid for” Due to this I cannot cancel my OBC (Which I tried to do) and it won’t run out, and in turn I can’t pay for it. I don’t want this to continue because it is most likely against numerous rules. Plus, I have a sinking feeling that it will ever renew, which is probably a bad thing.
To conclude, I cannot cancel my OBC, nor will it run out, nor can I pay for it. I need you, (ROBLOX Administration) to cancel my OBC without causing damage to my account if possible. In addition, if you are a regular user, what can I do to cancel my OBC? Thank you.
By the way, if a person reading this sees Shedletsky, tell him that JediBen8 thinks his laugh is the best thing ever to reach his ears.

What kind of OBC did you pay for? Because some memberships do not allow to cancel.

Lifetime obc = ur screwed Year obc = wait another year (probably) month obc = month (maybe?) week obc = another week (maybe) |

| I paid for monthly OBC. It is in the process of trying to renew it, but it just won't because the credit card information changed. |
