The following guidelines must be followed for all NCAA games.

●▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬●

[BECOMING A PLAYER]:

Becoming a player can be decently easy. Just by joining the NCAA, you've opened yourself up to many chances and options to choose from. A great way to get onto a team is to regularly check the group shout for any tryouts being hosted by a team.

●▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬●

[ACCEPTING A OFFER]:

After accepting an offer, you have five minutes to change your mind, but if you join the team group, you're stuck their until you get a release.

●▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬●

[BECOMING A COACH]:

To become a coach, you must already be somewhat known in the NCAA. Being a trusted player or board member definitely helps your case. You could also become an Assistant Coach which is elected by the Head Coach, which also gives you abilities to control the team as well.

●▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬●

[RULES OF JOINING A TEAM]:

By joining a team you are NOT allowed to join any other teams. You cannot play for any other team besides the team you're apart of. Coaches can always retire and hand off their job to their trusted Assistant Coaches, or ask the Commissioner to have an application to the public.

●▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬●

[LEAVING ILLEGALLY]:

A player is NOT allowed to leave a team without being released or traded by the Head Coach or Assistant Head Coach only. If a player is caught doing this and reported to a Commissioner, the player will be put on a 2 game suspension whenever and wherever they may land in their new team. However, if a player is to leave and the incident is not reported within a week, the player is set free and can join any team of their liking.

●▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬●

[TEAM ROSTER]:

Teams are allowed to accommodate up to 30 players on their roster and only up to 5 Assistant Coaches / Coordinators. Only one Defensive and Offensive Coordinator, and one Assistant Head Coach. That means, 2 Assistant Coaches unless you're missing a coordinator or AHC and you're planning to rank an AC up.

Note: Coordinators have more authority on the team then Assistant Coaches.

●▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬●

[IN-GAME RULES]:

The following are the game rules for the NCAA.

[PLAY CLOCK]:

The play clock is set for 20 seconds after everyone is set. Failure to snap the ball before the time limit will result in a Delay of Game taking away 5 yards.

[FIELD GOALS]:

Field Goals can ONLY be used during 4th down and the Line of Scrimmage must be AT LEAST on the 40 yard line. The ball must be 10 yards BEHIND the LoS, if the kicker is to move backwards the play will result in a Turnover on Downs.

[DIVING]:

Diving in the backfield is NOT allowed. 5 yard penalty will be enforced.

[DRIVES]:
Every player there must have TWO drives a game.
If it's an offensive drive, they must have ONE catch ATLEAST.

[PENALTIES]:

1] Offsides: 5 yards
2] False Start: 5 yards
3] Touchback: 20 Yard line
4] Out Of Bounds Kickoff: 40 Yard Line
5] More players on field: -5 yards
6] Diving in backfield: -5 yards
7] :m'ing mid-play: -5 yards

[OFFSIDES]:

Offsides will only be called on a tackle, unless it's intentional. If you're at the FD line on offense as the ball is snapped, then it's offsides.

[ILLEGAL SNAPPING]:

Snapping illegally consists of: Snapping behind the endzone, snapping out of bounds, snapping outside of the hashes, "bunging", or forward snapping.

[ONSIDE KICKS]:

Onside kicking is allowed.

There is only 2 onside kicks allowed per team per game.
Going over the amount will be a dead kick and the opposing team will automatically take the ball at the 50.

[FAKES]:

Fake plays are allowed on a punt, field goal, or any 4th down play.

[EXTRA POINTS]:

Teams have a choice of going for a PAT, or a 2 point conversion.

In pre-season, a TD is an auto 7.

Point After attempts are kicked at the 20 yard line and are worth 1 point.

2 point conversions are set at the 10 yard line and can be any type of play you may have in your playbook, and are worth 2 points.

[FIELD LAYOUT]:

Teams have the liberty to pick their formations, line ups, etc. There doesn't have to be an "X" amount of specific positions on the field. However, each team must have at least 6 players on the field.

[STARTING A PLAY]:

A play cannot start until a referee has signaled that everyone is ready. If a team is to start before the signal, it will result in a dead play and a redo.

[SACKING]:

If the auto tackle script is indeed triggered when a player is rushing the Quarterback, it is considered a legal sack. If a player happens to be excessively lagging, a redo is needed. If someone is sacked, but the quarterback has thrown at the same time, it's wherever the ball ends up.

[KICKING OFF / RETURNING]:

On a kickoff, the kicking team MUST kick the ball behind the 25 yard line.

[TIME OUTS]:

Each team is given 3 time outs per half.

Within this section shows how the shout should be used and not abused. Anyone abusing the shout will be demoted from their rank with shouting abilities and not given it back.

Below shows how you know what to not over shout.

[TAG] - 1 hour
[[TAG]] - 2 hours
[[[TAG]]] - Do not over shout until the shouter has overshouted him/herself.

Any bracket may be over shouted only if given permission by the person who shouted it in the first place, as well as if a rank above the shouter gives permission. (If you are a higher rank you may over-shout lower rank shouts DEPENDING on how important the shout is). The rule of thumb is that the bigger the tag, the more important something is.

{Tags}
[MSG] - Used to show that the content of the shout is a message to all members.
[POSTMSG] - Used to show that the contents of the shout relate to a previous shout.
[FORUM] - Used to alert members to a forum with the related link provided in the shout.
[EVENT] - Used to alert members of an event.
[TRYOUTS] - Used to announce tryouts for any NFL team.
[COMBINE] - Used to announce team combines or the NFL league wide combine.
[GAME] - Used to announce that a game is kicking off or kicking off soon.
[GAMESTATS] - Used to announce the stats of a game currently going on.

There could obviously be more tags, but these are the most generic. All ranks WITH shouting powers MUST use this brackets on the shout, or someone has the right to clear it.
