We can see for sure the experiences that occur in our daily life. We cannot see for sure what is 'beyond our memory'. What you're asking is a logical fallacy, and therefore is wrong.

Yes, and the fallacy is that he is asking us to disprove something beyond our perception. That is like asking someone to disprove they are gray. The only way to know is if you do something of that manner, but it's possible for anyone to be gray.
So a better question would be' Prove me right' which is not possible, as he ends with shoving out all the bad things.
tl;dr : He is asking us to disprove something beyond our perception, and is therefore impossible and a contradiction of itself.
