"Takes a good 2 hours to drive from southern tip of Houston to the north"
Well I tested that theory on Google Maps. It takes 43 minutes to drive from Seabrook/Clear Lake in the South to George Bush Airport in the North
nice try my man |

| I'm just letting you know, to measure the true time/distance of Houston, you don't go North-South, you go East-West, so you should measure from Katy to Baytown, which is approx. 1 hour and 45 minutes. He's right. |

Except that the way the highway system in the city of Houston works, you can't drive from Seabrook to Bush
Good job on not knowing anything about a subject yet discussing it |

Nice try too.
Just checked the distance from Katy to Cloverleaf (just outside of Houston), still only 45 minutes. |

| Except that Cloverleaf is in East Houston right off the I-10, not North Houston and its 11 at night when there's no traffic? Lol |

@Rune But the moron is saying "Katy to Cloverleaf", which actually IS an East-West route. In reality though, Katy to Baytown is a bit more accurate, and that's nearly 2 hours in itself. |

Either way, Houston is going downhill, and will end up being like Detroit in 10 years. |

"Houston is one of the fastest growing cities in population in the country"
Nah, most cities out West are growing MUCH faster
"Houston has the best Medical Center in the entire country, and one of the best in the World"
Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City has a dozen Ebola Treatment Units, and imports doctors fresh from Israel
"Rice University and University of Houston are two of the best universities in the country"
Never heard of Rice until now, Harvard and Yale are the best, dont kid yourself. Idiots like Lil Wayne probably go to Rice.
"Houston has the highest abundance of jobs in the United States, and more people are currently moving here to seek job opportunities"
By jobs, you mean gang member jobs. Seek opportunities, means more crimes to commit.
"Houston has the second most top 500 companies in the United States after New York City"
Cool
"Houston is the headquarters for most of the power energy and oil companies in the World"
No, Dubai, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia are

Houston is and continues to be a staple of the American economy with its high hispanic population. Maybe you Anglos should take note instead of ridiculing them and scheming for ways to get them out of the country.

"No, Dubai, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia are"
Too bad when you google "Energy capital of the world" there's nothing on the front page but Houston and that its an official nickname of the city
"Home to and more than 5,000 energy related firms, Houston is considered by many as the Energy Capital of the world. Houston's economy has a broad industrial base in the energy, aeronautics, and technology industries: only New York City is home to more Fortune 500 headquarters."
And the fact that you haven't heard of Rice until now shows your intelligence |

| Houston, and almost every other city in the south will be out of running water in the next few decades, and once oil runs out, all the energy jobs will be gone. |

"The Texas Medical Center is the largest medical center in the world with one of the highest densities of clinical facilities for patient care, basic science, and translational research.[1][2][3]
Located in Greater Houston, the center contains 54 medicine-related institutions, including 21 hospitals and eight specialty institutions, eight academic and research institutions, three medical schools, six nursing schools, and schools of dentistry, public health, pharmacy, and other health-related practices.[4][5]
The Center is where one of the first and largest air ambulance services was created and where one of the first successful inter-institutional transplant programs was developed. More heart surgeries are performed in Texas Medical Center than anywhere else in the world"
