| Americans don't go to cemeteries every year? It's kind of a tradition for us Filipinos going there every year vising dead family members. |

Nope, not at all. A lot of people haven't even heard of the holiday here, and of the ones that do most don't even know about visiting cemeteries. |

See, America, sociologically, is described as an "Adverserial Individualistic" country, meaning every man/woman for themselves. There is a ridiculously low amount of tie to the family compared to all other countries, therefore they don't really remember the death of the family members, and dont feel the need to commemorate it This is especially true in the Middle Class and above
