| Instead of buying cheap junk food, buy cereal. But 2 big bags from smiths and eat it for breakfast lunch and dinner. Its much healthier, and you will get your fiber form it if you get the right kind. Generic cherrios and grain cereal is SOOO much better for you. Do your body a favor, use your money to buy 2 gallons of milk and cereal. |

| I'm just going to eat some ribs for dinner or chicken. Build up. Then work out. I don't want to eat healthy and just become some scrawny dude. |

| Well work out. Healthy =/= scrawny. Do training. Work your core. But junk food is NOT going to get you a good healthy body. Work out, and eat healthy. |
