3x + 4y - 60 = 0
Add 60 to both sides.
3x + 4y = 60
Subtract 3x from both sides.
4y = -3x + 60
Divide by 4 on both sides.
y = (-3/4)x + 15 |

wtf is functional form. if you are in algebra maybe you mean slope intercept form which is what argv did?
