Like, a legit antique scythe. A cradle-scythe at that. I was thinking of maybe restoring it since I have nothing better to do. I only have one of the blades though (it's xbox heug), and it's supposed to have about five or six (look it up). If I can't find the others I'll have to saw off the connection to the other blade connectors.
Sound like a good project? When I'm done I might post pics. |

@Scot
Because then I can mime using the scythe in Mow My Lawn, duh. Maybe even paint a red streak on it like the MML scythe if I want to.
I'll start going over the materials tomorrow. I'll also try to find more blades if I can. I know I have one, at least. |

| The blade is SUPER rusty. Anyone know a good way to clear off rust without damaging the good metal? |

| Thinking of ways to restore the big ol' handle. I might need to replace some old parts since the whole thing is so old. Other than that maybe some sandpaper and linseed oil (if I can find any) will restore the handle. |

Give it 3 blades.
Then paint the blades red and handle red. Then add a black rope to the end of the handle and white bandages to the end of the handle.
then run around nicking people's cheeks and licking the blood off the scythe. |

Okay so today is tomorrow according to the OP. I'm gonna go down the basement later and gather all the parts of the scythe. I think I remember where the first blade is. |

Okay, I know where the handle is now. Still working on finding the blade. I know it's around here somewhere.
I'm going to be doing a lot of stuff Friday, so I'll get back to work over the weekend. |

| You should store it above your fireplace when you are done. My grandma has a sword above her fireplace, and I have a homemade firework launcher above mine. I'm a hipster, ik. |
