| They are great people and are doing a wonderful job. But how hard is their job? If they step away from the computer do they miss posts? |

| They do the same thing day in and day out, it has got to be exasperating. But that's what they're paid for and they're doing the best job they can. |

| Do they work from home or in an office? Do they scour every page? Are we wasting their time with things? |

From the office as it's compulsory for all ROBLOX staff to be there.
I think |

I can only talk from personal experience so this will only really pertain to my experience, but ROBLOX moderation (forum moderation specifically) has been the most mentally draining job I have ever had (and been paid for, at least).
There are a lot of times where we are required to address issues with layers of complexity. ROBLOX has done an excellent job at training us but there are obviously situations we come across that we weren't trained on simply due to the fact that every situation is unique and different. In a way its very mentally stimulating because we do a lot of problem solving which is neat.
As far as us getting up from our computers, we don't do that often. We are given 15 minute breaks per a shift and typically work 2 shifts per day, so we get 30 minutes break time which is pretty generous these days. But we don't work alone, so if we take a break, sure we will miss things, but our co-workers can pick up the slack. |

| @Hawkinton you're more of a background moderator i've never seen you reply to anything. You're doing a great job though. Hey do the mods watch every forum including off topic? |

| I am not a forum mod like Sling or Gordon, I handle moderation on other parts of the site. Though I can moderate the forums if needed. |

well yes their entire job is forums thats why there are no in game moderators or language moderators the computers take care of that by scanning through messages, parties, chats, and posts. Moderators are meant to catch subtle rule breakers like spam off topic stuff and PAs.

| In my opinion there needs to be character limits for forum posts. You guys shouldn't need to sift through paragraph on paragraph. Thats why there is limits on audio and video length. It's to timely to moderator large things like that. |

Well, I'm kinda disappointed with some moderators on this site. As they do not reply to my message I've sent to them.
Since it is an important message, and they do nothing to reposnd to it. (I know they get a lot of messages). But they should read them.
Like I've sent a message to SlingshotJunkie this morning, I have no reply yet. I've also sent one to Briarroze. |

It is still work! But I love what I do and am ready to work hard. 4 million monthly active users means a lot of work, but with the awesome Community here makes it awesome place to work.

| their job is not to moderate messages. it doesnt affect them if a message sent to them contained anything moderatable. so why read any it's just wasting time. |

| I plan on applying once ROBLOX starts hiring Moderators. You can never have enough Moderators when you've got a website as big as ROBLOX. |
