The White House should be open to tours and open to other agencies. This will provide attraction to DC and some realistic action.
This bill's description:
Congress: a. Have full power over the access list and can add/remove anyone or any agency they deem unfit or fit. b. By majority vote they can or will remove/add anyone to the list. c. Will be the only administrators of the access list - not even the SECHLS or WHCoS may control it.
President of the United States and Vice President of the United States: a. May deny anyone into the RESIDENTIAL area not including White House Grounds. - Residential as in the building.
List:
Secret Service Congress Cabinet Americans(Tours ONLY or Invited) President of the United States Foreign Ambassadors(Only when dealing BUSINESS) Central Intelligence Agency's Special Activities Division 44Shooter's United States Military VJCS+(If the Secret Service deems them not dangerous towards any occupants) White House Staff Deputy Advisors+ Deputy Director of National Intelligence Director of National Intelligence Attorney General Deputy Attorney General Chief Justice Deputy Directors+ (or equivalent) Constitutional Holder
Those who may invite ANYONE into the White House: White House Chief of Staff Secretary of Homeland Security Vice President and President of the United States Unless Secret Service deems them dangerous towards any occupants.
The only requirement to be kicked out of the White House is that if you misbehave or if a tour is over. I'm requesting the Joint Committee to review any requests of false kicking from the White House and if deemed true, someone(s) may be punished.
Tours are handled regularly if 3 Secret Service Agents or if less the Secret Service can still host if they think they can handle. Tours are handled through the WHCoS which will set up the times for tours, if deemed unfit the SoH and PPT will handle it.
Signed, WaxNewton Representative from North Carolina Power to the People
