It was caused by depression and boredom which still continues to this day.
I'm chubby enough for when I sit down it over hangs a little but it's not that noticeable when I'm standing up, I want to change it but I'm a very lazy person
any motivations? :<

try to dedicate one hour a day to no electronics, turn it all off and do something else, try to go for a walk with a dog if you have one, do some chores or help someone out. if you get into the habit of going places you can get more excercise, if it's caused by overeating, you shouldn't bring food money to places that will tempt you to buy more food/junk food
