How would I increase a part's length beyond the limit?

You could add a mesh, but the edges beyond the limit wouldn't have collisions since the mesh just expanded. Or just add another brick where you want the original extended.

I'm trying to make a massive ocean but if I add another brick there are horrible lines due to its transparency. Also I tried adding a mesh but it's texture went blurry. Any other ideas?

If you add a mesh to expand, and don't want a blurry texture. Add a new Instance called "Texture", and add your textureId of your decal in that. This allows you to shrink or grow your texture. It's recommended that the decal is tileable to avoid seems.

Go to Game > Lighting > Shadows and set it to false.
