| Terrible way to test. If their angle is off by just a bit, it makes the length of the track longer. |

Your one to complain, the games uncopylocked, improve it yourself. anyway its not hard to hold down "W" when the game loads. Because you load facing the track head on.

| Why don't you just do character.Torso.Velocity.Magnitude? |

Sure, let me just write it:
print("Starting in 10s"); wait(10); -- let the thing start when the user is walking, who cares for fancy
local torso = Game.Players.LocalPlayer.Character.Torso; local total = 0; for x = 0, 999 do total = total + torso.Velocity.Magnitude; end
print(total / 1000); |

| Speaking that WalkSpeed is measured in studs per a second on a non-vertical plane and velocity is measured in studs per a second for each given direction, it would be a more accurate test to use Pythagorean theorem, which has been proven to be accurate in multiple different ways, to calculate the lateral speed of the character as math.sqrt(character.Torso.Velocity.X^2 + character.Torso.Velocity.Z^2). Seeing as if you graph X^2 + Y^2 = r^2, you end up with a circle with the radius of r, angle would be completely irrelevant, meaning that the chance of error on the humans part is completely annihilated. |

| Magnitude is the Pythagorean theorm. And assuming their not on an incline, there should be practically no different output (although I'm not saying there won't be any at all) |

| Everything is ugly. And the reason it is more like 15.5 is because of lag. |

| morash, there is no graph, as r^2 is equal to a single number when calculated. You certainty wouldn't get a circular graph. |

@Saodo: x^2 + y^2 = r^2 is the equation of a circle with center (0, 0) desmos com/calculator/genub6yrjq |

Dr01d3k4 thats not the equation at all
it's (x-a)^2 + (y-b)^2 = r^2 |

Roblox will allow a 1.3x multiplyer on the speed though.
So bam 20 walkspeed. |
