| Ok so I created a union, on part of the union did not connect to the other part. I made it to where it could collide with things. Instead of just making the actual part collidable, It makes this big giant invisible square thing collidable which make my world not work right because it is a platform suspended in air and when a player can magically walk past the platform and onto air, they are gonna think somethings up. |

Make the unions cancollide=false and build an invisible wall to collide with.

| A circle script from the wiki would fix that. Try the second script 'advanced circle script'. |

| This is the problem with the CSG modeler, you will always get that invisible square border. You could try what scacman said, or you could only union particular parts... so you would end up with multiple unions. |

The problem here is that PartOperations (Unions, Negatives) don't have proper collision or physics.
The solution is that they'll be getting proper collision and physics soon. Really soon, really. |
