Article I- CRIMINAL OFFENSES:
Section I- Homicide: It is illegal to commit murder.
Section II- Bribery: It is illegal to provide any payment to a government official or government employee with the intent to receive something, tangible or intangible, in return.
Section III- Fraud: It is illegal to engage in deception in order to make monetary or personal gains.
Section IV- Indecency: It is illegal to be indecent in public.
Section V- Larceny: It is illegal to take goods or items from an establishment or individual without explicit permission and/or proper payment.
Section VI- Trespassing: It is illegal to enter areas that are off limits, especially government installations, without explicit permission from the owner or individual in charge of the installation beforehand.
Section VII- Terrorism: It is illegal to engage in deceptive or treasonous acts intended to do harm to the population.
Section VIII- Fully-automatic Firearms: It is illegal to own a fully-automatic or burst firearm without purchasing a valid permit.
Section IX- Unregistered Firearms: It is illegal to own or use a firearm that was not acquired from a registered vendor or recognized establishment.
Section X- Treason: It is illegal to engage in acts intended to overthrow or weaken the government of the Republic of Detania or its officials.
Article II- MINOR INFRACTIONS:
Section I- Motor Vehicle Operation: It is illegal to drive on the left-hand side of the road, drive over the posted speed limit, use a motor vehicle as a weapon, and park in the street.
Section II- Jay-walking: It is illegal to cross the street at any location other than marked intersections.
Section III- Police: It is illegal to disobey a police officer or resist arrest.
Section IV- Littering: It is illegal to dispose of trash or unwanted items, including articles of clothing, in locations other than designated waste areas.
Article III- SENTENCES:
Section I- CONSEQUENCES OF CRIMINAL OFFENSES: The judicial branch is responsible for the appropriate sentencing of criminal offenders not exceeding 8 hours of in-game imprisonment, a fine of 100 R$, a combination of both, or deportation (exile).
Section II- CONSEQUENCES OF MINOR INFRACTIONS: The judicial branch is responsible for the appropriate sentencing of minor offenses, not exceeding forty five minutes of in-game imprisonment, a fine of 5 R$, or a combination of both. |
