| I posted this type of same post last time,but i got many stupid answers, so im posting it again. it was pretty long time ago, but still i didnt get my money back or robux. okay so this is wut happened. last week i used my rixty account to buy some robux. i spent $9.95 to buy 800 robux, and after i clicked complete puchase, it was loading for while, and it showed up said " error occured to payment." So then i got no robux but the problem is I GOT NO ROBUX NEITHER! i did contract info@roblox but they only gave me some stupid answers. by now, i didnt get ANY robux. plz help! |

| Did they still take your money? If you e-mail them, tell them to DOUBLE your ammount of robux you wanted for half the price. That's a fair deal isn't it? |

| By "BAD ANSWERS" do you mean automated replies? If so I'd advise you check your inbox. Also, if you're going to post a formal complaint about something like this, make sure you have correct grammar and punctuation, so that they know you're actually serious about this. I'd advise that you ring ROBLOX on the phone, as this is the easiest way to file a complaint without having to go through the process of waiting for a reply via email back. |

| You failed to buy it, but did your credit/debit card got charged yet? Check your online purchases using your credit/debit card by going to the bank, where you get that credit/debit card. Tell the banker in that bank to check, or use an ATM that is made for that bank. |

If "a long time ago" was after a period of 45 days, you will never get your money back or ROBUX. The terms and conditions also state that "All sales are final, no refunds will be given including ROBUX, Builders Club or ROBLOX cards."
So most likely, you won't get your money back or your robux. |
