>> 1 || High Rank Regulations
Too many High Ranks tend to get a bit inactive once they achieve the rank of Colonel in FSO. This HR training System will put all of those thoughts and actions to rest. Failure to complete these tasks below will result in a demotion to a lower position. We know that you guys do have personal stuff that goes on, so when that comes up please be sure to leave a note of inactivity.

>> 1|| Regulations for FSO HR Testing
Many FSO members want to be a High Rank, and they think it was just going to be handed to them. Well now in order to become a high rank you must go through a test.
1) Commandos are only allowed to take the test. 2) You must remain a commando for 4 weeks before testing for HR. 3) You must be approved and tested by a Colonel+.
>>2 || Testing information
If you meet all of the requirements above and are able to test, then message Johnsnic333 or any general to set up a testing date and time. There can only be a certain amount of testers, and HRs, if there are no teasing spots open you will have to wait until there are more.
>>3 || Failing The HR Test
If you fail the HR test you will be allowed to test again in 3 weeks from your testing date. All final decisions are made by Johnsnic333.
