| Have at least a 3g internet connection and make sure the device does not have too many apps open or downloaded. if not reinstall or reboot. |

ROBLOX is made for Android and iOS, it tries to keep up to the latest version.
The current versions of Android and iOS - Android 4.4 and iOS 8.
On a short notice, you need good internet in order to use quite a "big" app on your device.
Maybe you don't have enough RAM, slow internet speed, or your device is not that-well configured to be compatible with ROBLOX. |

RAM isn't the issue,I was logging a game session through a .js script on my nexus 4 and I had more than three quarters of my RAM left.
this was on a normal 3G connection though,I have a 5ghz modem at home (which delivers information from device to device faster). |
