I could only imagine if Justin Beiber died.
I think we freaked out in 2012 in Libya when 4 soldiers were killed, it's still being debated today.

Well, It's not necessarily unexplainable.
A combination of factors can explain this to a detailed extent, It's possible that the person had more much extensive information of the famous person that caused them to feel as though they knew them personally;As for the soldiers, events that entertain and excite people can cause the person's body to react by releasing specific chemicals, this could actually affect their over-all thoughts and cognition. |
