[BILL OF FOREIGN OFFICE] ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ PREAMBLE: Whereas holding a political position in other nations is prohibited, and if caught, would mean immediate demotion/exile, be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ SECTION I. BILL OF FOREIGN OFFICE (a) . A governor will be able to hold political position in another country, with no history of threats or conflict with the United States of America. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ SECTION II. [TITLE/BODY] (a) If a government position is held in a friendly country, with no history of conflict with the USA, the position may be held, so long as the politician is willing to balance the two out. (b) Equal effort in the groups shall be required. If the politician is caught being too active on the other country, the issue shall be trialed. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ SECTION III. DATE OF ENACTMENT (a) This legislation will take effect immediately if approved.
