"the collision isn't successful"
Hah, you miss the point. Trainings are just mindless fillers for when you cant find any one to raid and have nothing else to do. It helps keep the clan active.
The collision barely does training however so it is dead. We do mostly raids. |

Technically you're right, they're just to boost activity and give out promotions but if you know how to, you can make them better by the end of training. At least in certain things.

Yeah. Whenever I host trainings, it is a long lecture about strategies on raiding forts. As you can imagine... Not too much people started coming to them after a while... |

No, I don't even talk strategy. I help them get better at like gunfighting/rcl or what ever else we're using. Helps that I excel at combat and know trick they use to help them get a lot better. Half of the people I teach end up better then me so

Most of my members are already really good with medieval weaponry, so making them better in fighting is not really my goal. |

Well then yeah, for your clan trainings are only for activity.

I have only hosted twice this month. I seriously do it for strategy as my clan doess not know team work |

You can at least teach them how to use your guns effectively, how to decrease reaction time, etc.
Basic skills that forge what we call skill.
That is my aim.

If you mean "just to train people only" then that's honestly not what I was thinking.
But yeah, I think of trainings as a rally and fight others for fun.
But in your own words, please elaborate. |

if you own a group that uses vehicles (Fighter Aircraft) like me then having training DOES pay off. I do get your point about having trainings, most (generic) groups do this because of the reason you mentions @Darkwisp. However some groups DO actually teach you, those I support as a fellow clan person.

Honestly, dark, it's hard to find clans to raid. I won't just raid them, I just don't find any joy in it.
Anyways, I think having more training places is good because people can try to develop new skills and adapt to different places when raiding and stuff. |

The whole point of trainings are to practice.
Its sometimes better to practice in a controlled environment rather than at another clans footsteps.
+
Trainings are usually 'introductory events' for groups who have specific technology or way of doing things.
I honestly don't have a problem with trainings.
My sword fighting has been improving and I get to know my members strong points and weaknesses. |

Yeah my group would need training as well. Matter a fact, our vehicles are so complex and advanced we won't even allow newbies to fly in them right off the bat. They will first have to go through BCT and then follow up with the learning exercises on the ground before they actually can hop in one.

Trainings are for practice and to get new members into the memo.
Thats really all they are there for.
