Only my 6th week of P.E.

Also my friend is trying to break the school record which is 330.
He can do 225 so far. But that record break is a year-long goal for him, so he's got plenty of time to strengthen up. |

Well, technically, at my school, there's 2 different PE classes.
Recreation PE and Weight Training.
Rec PE is like games that you did in Middle School and stuff.
Weight Training is exactly what it sounds like. Lifting weights, and training to become fit.
Anyways, I'm in weight training with the friend with the goal of 330.
So ye, credit for lifting weights. Legit. |

| I'm not sure what my max is but I usually do 35's 10 times and go up to 50 while decreasing reps. |
