Learn Objective-C and learn to use Xcode if you want to make iOS App things.

If I were you, I would learn C first and then move up to C++. C is the most bare bones programing languages there is and it can really teach you how a computer works, along with learning great programming practices for maximum efficiency in your programs. The move to C++ is quick and easy since any code in C can be compiled to C++. Then you'll start your own game engine, learn opengl/directx, and settle down for your lifetime gaming career.

Or you can screw it and learn C# and be a half ass programmer, your choice.

Actually, there was a Ted talk on one-buttock piano playing. It applies to programming too, most likely.

Well it was an analogy, obviously. So it applies to more than just piano playing.
He said that one-buttock playing made you better, or something.

I guess we can apply that to C#. C# makes you a better programmer, according to the people above.

Yes, but would it make you better opposed to C?

I honestly grew frustrated with C however it was my fault as I depended
on the built in libraries of other languages.
Although the libraries of those languages should be used,
it is nice to know how they work and the algorithm behind them etc.
