the possibility of me having some form of ADD because aparently getting incredibly easily distracted, daydreaming practically all day and not being able to focus on something for more than 30 minutes isn't enough evidence
they won't even consider a free appointment with a psychologist that's 20 minutes away instead they limit my internet access to 2 hours a day even for homework and won't consider giving me some more time for studies

You don't WANT ADD It sucks. Its not as bad as ADHD(Aderall is the worst thing ever I swear...) but its still pretty bad.
And not being able to focus on something more than 30 minutes is normal. Try 1-2 minutes. Getting easily distracted is actually normal for a young adolescent/teenager. Daydreaming all day is normal.
