The following is the general guideline all F.E.A.R 2.0 members should follow.
Ground rules: These apply to ALL FEAR 2.0. There are no exceptions to these rules, no matter the rank!
1.) Respect every single member.
2.) Follow commands given by all Military Officers and exceeding ranks.
3.) Do not bad-talk one another or your opponents in the field.
4.) Take in account the views of your fellow members.
5.) Be in uniform at all formal FEAR 2.0 events.
6.) Treat allied Officers, and allies as part of FEAR 2.0.
Low Ranks: These rules primarily apply to our low ranks.
1.) When joining FEAR 2.0 events, the permission to speak policy will be enforced at all times. You’re to only speak when your permission to speak is granted. The only time you’re allowed to speak freely is if an HR states; “PTS is no longer in motion.” If you talk freely whilst PTS is in motion, you will be given a warning. If you persistently continue to talk, you will be removed from the training.
2.) Buy the uniform when you can afford it. Until then, buy the sash. All of these can be found in our group store.
3.) Follow all orders given by superiors. You’re allowed to give your opinion on how you feel, but any reluctance or disobedience will result in a warning, then a removal from training.
4.) If you happen to witness admin abuse by a HR, immediately report it to a General+. Provide sufficient evidence before presenting and submitting it. 5.) Don’t ask or beg for promotions. Asking will just make HR’s more reluctant to give you one. Loyalty, activity and respect are the best ways to show you deserve one.
6.) Never disrespect your allies. No matter the rank, you’ve no right to harass or assault them, you’re to treat them like you’d treat your high ranks no matter what.
High Ranks: These rules primarily apply to our Officers.
1.) Treat all low ranking and medium ranking members equally. No biased or favoritism is to be used against or for a member. If caught mistreating members, harsh punishment will be given.
2.) Keep lower ranked members under control, it is alright to allow light chatter but do not let it get out of control. When times require discipline, be strict and not a jerk. There is a difference.
3.) Show respect for each and every low rank you meet.
4.) Lead by example. Do not command anything you would not do yourself.
5.) If you are higher and rank than someone who is hosting it is forbidden that you take control unless asked by said host. If there is already a co-host, please fall in line and train with the rest.
6.) Avoid over shouting unless it is a defense call for FEAR 2.0. - Allied representatives who need to overshout must first go ask the hosting FEAR 2.0 officer for permission to do so. The only time this does not apply is when FEAR 2.0 has stated it will be actively backing up an Ally in a war. In these times overshouting is permitted.
7.) Be ready to assist allies at their request. - This does not apply if you are hosting an event, unless FEAR 2.0 has stated it will actively be backing up an Ally in war.
8.) Report all demotions to a Brigadier Colonel+ for approval.
9.) Demotions that seem unjust will be brought before the council and will be reviewed by and possibly overridden. (This is rare, as I trust the view of all my Officers, but some get carried away)
~Shout tags~ Shout-tags are important in FEAR 2.0. They give the information about what the group shout is about. Here are some basic shout-tags expected to be used.
[MSG] - Message. This is for relaying basic information to FEAR 2.0.
[RAID] - This should be followed by the link to the enemy base, along with the information of who we are raiding.
[RALLY] - Pre-raid rally. Used for gathering soldiers to storm the servers. Be sure to differentiate between the Raid/Rally tags.
[QOD]- A question of the day shout. Keep these mature so everyone can enjoy. [Tryouts] This would be for something like High Rank testing.
~Divisions~ Divisions must be passed through the Council. Creating a division without the consent of the Council is forbidden and will be dealt with harshly. Only Brigadier Colonels+ have permission to ask to create a division. |
