I'm around 170 pounds (Which is normal for a 14 year old that is 6 feet tall), but I can tell you that most of it is not muscle :(
I know OT is probably not the best place to ask for fitness suggestions, but I don't feel like going to bodybuilding forums and having some guy who was lifting weights since he was 2 tell me to stop eating any and all fatty foods and never eat them ever again, and also telling me to do some workout that takes up a third of my day.
Problem is, I'm sort of lazy. I had barbells a few years back, and I actually started building some muscle, but I stopped and I think I lost them.
I don't want to bug my parents for gym equipment/going to the gym, I don't want them to start to think I'm self conscious of my body state.
So I'm asking if any of you know any good fitness routines that are effective, I can do in/near my house, cost little to nothing, quick, and I can do anytime I want (Or at least two or three of those)
And yes, I know it all begins with me getting off my computer. |

| try to focus mainly near your core since that is where most of the fat is stored |

There's got to be at least a few pounds of fat on my core area
The current goal right now is to burn as much fat as possible, and maybe get some muscles while I'm at it |

| Weight should be the least of your concerns, there's more important things in life to focus on like first world problems. Though, that's easy for me to say, I eat tons of fast food a week and still I'm skinny (I'm actually trying to put on weight). Also, don't you have a gym in a college nearby or something? I always go the gym when I see one, it's fun. I would assume one would think it's embarrassing but it definitely helps with my anxiety and you feel completely relaxed in there. |

"14? Get out."
I'm assuming you think that young people shouldn't be able to get themselves in shape? |

I actually do have free three month membership to a local gym. But I'm 14 and I can't drive, and it's a good 10 minutes from here, and it's on a very busy road. I need someone to drive me, and that would be my dad, but he's busy, so, yeah... |

| If it's only ten minutes way, the walking would help with you losing weight I think and as for the traffic, that would probably improve your awareness and independence. If you're that concerned on losing weight, you should see this as an opportunity rather than a challenge. |

Actually, make that 20 minutes, by car. And it's basically on a high way, and I don't feel like getting ran over.
