Boring? Rugby 7s has 15 minute games where multiple scores are made and the ball moves quickly.
How is that boring? lmao. |

| Its just running back and forth. Like i said, little skill. Hockey at least requires a good shot and tactical passing. Basketball requires elusiveness and shooting. Rugby is just running it in. Football has very tactical schemes, and, as I've said, requires more skill |

Rugby requires tactics in positioning and channels of attack, skill in passing, skill in ball handling, skill in kicking grubbers, territorial punts and goals, and strength in breaking tackles, tackling, scrumming, mauling and rucking.
If anything, it requires more skill than "real football" since for the msot part in all 3 codes everyone does everything, whereas in football you're confined to 1 role (In pro football anyway, if not then still just 2) |

| All I'm seeing is avoiding and running through tackles. Football requires you to block, run, catch, juke, truck, and possibly distract all from the same position |

| There is not passing you liar, forward passes are against the rules in rugby. A backwards pass is a lateral. |

if you want to score without giving up the ball in rugby, you're in a 1 on everyone since blocking is illegal

"Yes, I do. The fact that its boring."
How is it boring when its a constantly moving game?
"Its more about brute force than skill"
You could say the same for American Football.
"Equilibrium is not even close to being achieved."
THAT'S NOT THE POINT OF THE GAME.
"Its just running back and forth. Like i said, little skill."
You could say the same for American Football, Soccer, Hockey, Lacrosse, Basketball, and lots of other sports.
"Hockey at least requires a good shot and tactical passing. Basketball requires elusiveness and shooting."
Okay what's your point.
"Rugby is just running it in."
So is American Football.
"Football has very tactical schemes, and, as I've said, requires more skill"
1. Rugby also has tactical schemes. 2. American Football does NOT require more "skill".

Ithe you forgot the kicking, also most positions only block, or only cover/tackle.
The QB is the only position which has diversity similar to any rugby union or league positions. |

Yes there is.
"forward passes are against the rules in rugby."
True.
"A backwards pass is a lateral."
In American Football.

| The lack of blocking requires you to implement more tactics and skill, and you two are complaining that rugby doesn't require any skills/tactics so that's hilarious honestly. |

Also, "American football resulted from several major divergences from rugby, most notably the rule changes instituted by Walter Camp, a Yale and Hopkins School graduate considered to be the "Father of American Football". Among these important changes were the introduction of the line of scrimmage and of down-and-distance rules." -Wikipedia

Actually, its not. RBs have to run, catch, and block
WRS have to route-run, catch, juke, and block limited
TEs have to block like lineman, catch almost like receivers, a decent running ability is required |

None of them have to tackle or kick though. |
