| I feel as if I'm the only one who does things outside of team practices. And NOT just weightlifting. Stuff like speed, agility, cardio, skill-building, etc |

what i do after school for soccer bike home like a mile and half go to pool some days shoot on local apartment soccer goal, sometime get pick up going go to gym saturdays and watch bpl and work out ya

| I do sprint and fast twitch drills every other day, agility drills on every opposite day, and weight-lifting every 3rd day. Looks like kobe is the only other one here who is actually committed to sports |

Bike to school & back. Practice my hockey shot for 1 hour a day. Lift weights. Push ups and chin ups. Be based. |
