Well, it's a combat flight simulator, released for the Amiga and MS-DOS in 1994. It was based on Operation Overlord, the Allied invasion of Europe during World War II. The player was tasked with completing several historically-accurate missions for the Royal Air Force, flying several models of aircraft. It was developed by Rowan Software. The game designer was Paul Dunscombe.
It is also the alternate title for Supremacy: Your Will Be Done, a strategy game released for the Amiga and Atari ST in 1990, and later ported to the Commodore 64 and MS-DOS in 1991, as well as the NES in 1993. The NES port was one of the last games released for the system, and had an internal battery to retain game saves. The goal of the game was to protect a network of planetary colonies, as well as defeating the AI, who was attempting to do the same. The game was developed by Probe Software and published by Melbourne House.
Or, you could be talking about the 2007 game. That's why it's important to distinguish. |
