it's not that it's even hard either
RAT won at their PoA a couple months ago with regular members but it was frustrating having to push a cart and run around having VOID jump out at you like a haunted house
maybe a more stable fort with a terminal would do you better |

i'm gonna support you a little here, but void's base is far from unfair in my opinion (and i'm not saying you think it's unfair). in fact i think it's balanced and a lot of fun.
but that's not what's wrong with it. it's exactly what you're saying: no one wants to push a cart around and have to meat shield it.
when it comes down to it, players like an easy pick up and play experience, and that's not what VOID's base is. you have to strategically plan your attacking of the bomb and keep the enemy at bay by having a coordinated flood of the server. you have to know the tunnel system inside out, having to navigate it quite frequently (and literally) blindly.
people don't WANT to do that, and so they make excuses like "it's unfair."
i'm not in void, but if i were, i'd endorse the base completely. raiders just have to come in with the mindset of "let's do this properly and efficiently." this level of coordination really isn't necessary in many bases, like at TGI's fire base novaan, where the action is quick and the winner is determined chiefly by the skill of your players. the game-play is one dimensional. and that's not a bad thing. it's a different thing.
VOID's base has an extra layer piled on to this. with different weapon types and ways to come at the objective, players need to think their plans through and plan their weapons accordingly.
VOID practices at their base frequently, i'm not surprised they are good at it. next time a group raids VOID, get someone to take video of what you and your team might have to do, and practice this scenario a few times before going in and applying it. it might make or break your raid. |

Only 2 things make the fort unfair in ANY way:
VOID spawn higher, and closer to objective, yes, but this can be overcome if you just grenade launcher spam.
Raiders don't have ANY cover at all for snipers on top of the cave thing, and now are forced to be pushed out of the red wall.
We can't sprint or do anything out of there if the first thing that happens upon leaving the wall is getting blasted by a few hundred grenades.
Other than that, it's perfectly fair. It doesn't offend more than other forts like Briscald and Stronghold (Even though SH helps raiders, not as much for TGI.).
