I'm pretty sure there is no "Brick" instance.
And it does need a parent before you can move it.
Instance.new("Part",game.Workspace):MoveTo(Game.Workspace.extremeflames29.Head.Position) |

Yes, Caw is Correct. There is no such thing as a brick, you must use part.

Try separating it.
Part = Instance.new("Part",game.Workspace)
Part:MoveTo(Game.Workspace.extremeflames29.Head.Position)
if that doesn't work, add
wait(5) in between the lines and see if it fixes it. If so, you're trying to move the part too soon after it was parented. It's a bit glitchy, not sure exactly how it works. |

MoveTo only works with models.
Instance.new("Part",game.Workspace).CFrame = CFrame.new(Game.Workspace.extremeflames29.Head.Position) |
