| somewhere over the rainbow's original recording is public domain, so in case you're worried about legal troubles in using distorted songs or something, that one can be pretty sp00ky |

""Over the Rainbow" (often referred to as "Somewhere Over the Rainbow") is a classic Academy Award-winning ballad, with music by Harold Arlen and lyrics by E.Y. Harburg.[1] It was written for the 1939 movie The Wizard of Oz, and was sung by actress Judy Garland in her starring role as Dorothy Gale.[1]"

If it was published, the copyright ends in the year 2034.
(Under Harold Arlen) If it was created but unpublished, the copyright ends in the year 2056.
(Under E.Y. Harburg) If it was created but unpublished, the copyright ends in the year 2051. |

I was going to do a GCC thing, didn't finish fast enough.
Going to be really interesting when it is released though since I am not rushing anymore. Instead of the ol' screamer stuff, it's the psychological side of horror. |

"All works published in the United States before 1923 are in the public domain. Works published after 1922, but before 1978 are protected for 95 years from the date of publication. If the work was created, but not published, before 1978, the copyright lasts for the life of the author plus 70 years."

I was going to make an entry as well, then I got bored. I also hate working on a clock instead of when I feel like it.
