Malwarebytes gets just about everything though.
Just reinstall windows if all goes wrong.

I've heard MalwareBytes is good, but y'know, I never get around to installing it and giving it a go. For now, I'm just sticking with the AV I've always used (AVG).
But you say that MalwareBytes can remove anything. What about Root-kits? Those things are viruses that infect your System32 files (OS files). Pretty damn hard to remove them.

Malwarebytes doesn't actually remove EVERYTHING, but it has a 96% scan rating, the remaining 4% being really new viruses and ones that are really hard to actually get.
It also has a 89% scan and removal rate for rootkits, being the best antu-rootkit tool that exists, although the scan takes FOREVER to do.
