I tried to appeal my ban, from the reply that I revived it is obvious that the ban was not properly reviewed. The ROBLOX forum filter apparently doesn't allow the acronym for 'frequently asked questions' in my native tongue (it is 3 Ks side by side and is short for 'korduma kippuvad küsimused'). If one was to read the offensive content (both title and the body of the thread which was never even posted), one would quickly discover that said acronym was used for what I just mentioned and not an inappropriate abbreviation.
What should I do when I receive a copypasta reply to a legitimate appeal request? No rules other than the abbreviation which can mean many things is filtered.

| No problems with English but there are several hundred Estonian players on ROBLOX. We usually speak Estonian when talking to eachother. |

| ROBLOX support is useless, you could wait about 2 days and possibly get a reply, or, make a new acc. ROBLOX isn't really very good for other languages such as Estonian, but the abbreviation of FAQ in your language is understandable. Try phoning ROBLOX up, too. |

At the end of the day, you were in the wrong.
Whilst you can claim that it's an abbreviation for X, Y or Z, it's commonly used in relation to something offensive.
ROBLOX is mainly an English speaking website, and so it doesn't really matter if the acronym was in your 'native tongue'. Not everyone would know that, and so it would be seen as offensive by quite a few people.
