In the new solid modeling update, you're able to chip off parts of blocks by "negate" -ing blocks. However, to do this, you need to put the negated blocks inside of the normal blocks.
The problem is, Roblox Studio won't let me place parts inside other parts, thus rendering the feature useless.
How do I allow parts to go inside each other? |

| there is this option thats called 'collision check' uncheck that and you can do it |

I found something called "cancollide". I tried checking it and unchecking it for both objects. It still didn't work.
If it's something different, then please tell me where it is. |

| no, can collide allows you to walk through the brick, and other bricks to fall through it. but are you using that simplified bar? (ribbon bar) or the classic ui bar? (you can change this somewhere in settings) |
