[1] Introduction [2] The two tries
[3] FP for life for every criminal mastermind
[4] Inactivity bill
1] Introduction These ideas were made from highgeek5 and punisher5665. This bill is made to work on our justice system and to make it fair to everyone and make the US a safer place.
2] The two tries law - When an inmate lost in a court case and sent to FP, or a SC sue someone fired him from all his agencies and send him to FP, the inmate will have a chance to prove that he is sorry for what he done and that he changed, the ability for a second chance will be open for the inmate only between 30 to one month and inmate was in FP. if and the inmate passed the second chance court case, and will return to all his agencies he got fired from (if the Director of the agency want him back), and the free inmate will be added to the DoJ watch list, if a DoJ member or any report will find his way to a DoJ member about this inmate continuing making crimes and going over the law, he will be sent to FP until future notice without any second chance. He or she will be blacklisted from working in any agencies.
3] FP for life for every criminal mastermind - When a criminal find his way to the top 10 criminal mastermind, he will be FP'ed immediately without any court case or a trial until future notice. This will avoid letting criminal masterminds still be free citizens and continuing going over the law. This will happen every 2 weeks when a CIA or FBI top ten list is released.
4] Inactivity bill This bill will have more active FJ’S In the USA. This bill is makes sure that FJ are inactive or the senate may remove them and the president may add more FJ’s the only time a FJ can stay inactive for a while is if they have a good excuse. But if they are inactive for 2 months the senate may remove them.

| FJ's can't ever determine how active we are. You can get 10 cases one week and none the next. |

You are breaking the constitution: everyone has the right to a trial, no matter who they are, and you are basically stating that double jeopardy is legal. No support.
Holla you fruitloop-dingus. |
