Article I.
Any Commodore+ who enter a training must stay, or may not leave without a responsible and formal reason to leave, if you decide to go to the training, you are expected to stay at it. You are not to go, to the training just to see if you can take a "NCO". If a trainer say's no, you should continue on, not leave the training, due to you not being able to do a NCO.
- Any Commodore+ that enters the server and asks to be co-host, lobby duty and denied, may not leave due to not being able to do whatever they asked. You ARE allowed to leave on legit reasons. Easier to state this: If you want TO go to a training, GO to it. Don't just go to do one task. You are a ROLE model to the LOW COMMAND of BWE!

Article II.
Any Commodore+ who ask's a High Rank for a NCO, must make sure that they are Overseer+, if you are given a NCO by any non-Overseer, you and the HR that hosts' it will be possible punished.
If any HR that is Overseer+ says yes, then you may host your NCO, HOWEVER if they say no, you MAY not leave due to not being able to do so. Unless with a valid excuse, reason. ═───╡❖╞──────────────────────────────────────────────────────═
