Ads get you a bunch of newbies who thought your ad looked cool. They do not benefit the group in any way. |

| I know what is told, I'm just asking to build up numbers on purpose. Within the first two years of existence, the lowest rank containing higher numbers can serve as a practical Recruitment Spot in case you lose active/good soldiers, you go down there, find a few active newbies, then train them up as replacements. |

@Refund: You look at one every day you go to a front page game, in order to get what you are looking for however, you need to train that person to be a "good member".
Groups have quit training for maturity, and over all respect, instead they do obbies and gun fight all the time which is only like two parts of the former training that actually used to go on back in the day. |

| I wouldn't know how, I actually skipped the whole superclan thing as a noob and went to power clans or small clans that expected you to already know some basic knowledge. So I do lack some things skill wise. |

"Newbies" ads are actually useful. It's called actually training your troops to become "skilled".

@Refund: The point of super clans was large amounts of newbies that could be trained, and the point to join them was to get trained.
What happened is the good HR's quit or started doing these small friendship groups called Power Clans instead of helping to keep the groups alive, thus the idea has been blown off the map.
Being a super clan isn't bad, in fact I view it as stupid how most Power Clans put member limits or strict limits without having a main group of larger numbers where they could use the basic Super Clan idea to get probably better armies then even VOID or VAK could dream of. |
