| Labour to introduce mansion tax for people who earn enough money to buy a house of their own. This is unacceptable and discourages hard work. |

| What next. If you're employed you have to pay an extra tax to pay for unemployment. |

So the guy who is making millions of dollars should pay the same or less amount of taxes as someone who is making 60,000 dollars?

Neraj, what you have to realise is that housing prices in London are expensive, and taxes already make it difficult to earn money. If someone saves up money to buy a big house, that doesn't necessarily mean that they are rich, but only hard-working. If they work hard to earn that money, and save that money, they shouldn't have to pay additional tax for the house that they saved their money up for.
But no, all wealth comes from privilege and being born into it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

"Mansion Tax"
Anyone who is buying a mansion is filthy rich and doesn't need any more tax cuts then they already have. |

Your bringing up a whole other tax, which I know nothing about and don't care to look up.
But if someone makes millions or billions of dollars they most certainly should pay more in taxes then someone who is middle classed. |

| This amount of tax simply discourages ambition. People will not want to go from rags to riches knowing that they will be heavily taxed for their success in life. They'll want to forever stay on benefits, knowing that they don't have to pay tax and instead get free money. |

Although I am a Labour Supporter, I disagree with this..
But Westminster politicians are so thick..
Scotland has basically kicked Westminster up the ares.
All parties will fail, and UKIP will abuse this and succeed, I am so worried they will come in to power.

5%? It's more like 25% in the modern world.

| Yes, but the problem is that people also exploit the benefits system instead of finding a job. |

Flat tax.
What's fair is fair.
Most people on roblox haven't had their first job yet, granted, some are going to disagree with me either way. If I worked all my life to raise a company to where I can make 100 million dollars a year then I would be incredibly mad at the government for only taking more and more of my paycheck percentage wise.
Sorry, but there will always be a class system. |

How in the world is it not?
"You make more money! We're gonna tax you more!"
That's not fair just because you make more money.
People forget that most Millionaires have either come from money, or are really successful business wise. But nearly all these people invest in companies. Not only in companies in America, but world wide. You're gonna tax more and take away potential investment money for any company trying to grow.
Example, say at I get this job at UPS im gunning for, and I stay there for 7 years. I could then be a driver and make 6 figures a year. Why should I get MORE money taken from MY paycheck because ive dedicated myself to a career that paid off.
It's not fair, at all. |

You're seeing money symbols and thinking "HE MAKES TOO MUCH"
People work hard for their money, and you have no right to tax them more than anyone else.
The majority of these people have paid their dues, gone to college, been broke at times but pushed through it. Why should they have to get more taken from them to support people who got out of highschool, or even those who didn't graduate, and then did NOTHING with their lives?
People like Bill Gates risked EVERYTHING he had when he dropped out of HARVARD, but he worked hard and became a BILLIONAIRE. He now donates to any charity that has "Cancer" in the name and so many other places.
The problem isn't the government bringing in enough tax money, its the Government isn't spending it RIGHT.
And this is coming from a guy who couldn't even afford his internet bill this month. I'm foruming on borrowed time here. |
