Application Shout Exemption Act of 2014 ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ PREAMBLE: Whereas agencies with a fulfilled department were required to shout their group's application, be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ SECTION I. SHORT TITLE (a) This act may be cited as the 'Application Shout Exemption Act of 2014'. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ SECTION II. SHOUT EXEMPTION (a) Agencies exceeding thirty total members are not required to shout their application to obtain more members; as established by the Agency Application Shout Reservation Act of 2014. However, these agencies may still shout their application; they are not required to. (b) This exemption act does not apply to any branch of the military. They must still shout their application at the specified time. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ SECTION III.
