Coming up with concepts on health in Palatrin.
HEATH: Default is 25, increased with Talent Points.
BARRIERS: Available only to Adepts and Vanguards, + 50 points protection and 1/2 damage from any biotic skills., 1/4 from Magic skills.
OVERSHIELDS: Available only to Engineers and Infiltrators, + 50 points protection, and 1/2 damage from projectiles and tech abilities.
WARDS: Available only to Warlocks and Mages, + 50 points protection and 1/2 damage from all magic skills, and 1/4 damage from all magic skills.
ARMOR: Available to all classes. + 50 points protection, - 4 walkspeed.
SHIELDS: Available to all classes under a new loadout, + 25 points protection. Health regenerates 2x faster when Shields are up.
Also considering if I should make TGI Overdrive a thing exclusive to ToberDam.

In a nutshell, Phaeston isn't so OP after all, since everyone can get 125 total Protection points, and although all guns can tear through health really fast, Engineers and Infiltrators and anyone with Armor should be fine.
Seems like there's problems with this, but not sure what yet.
