*Before one of you ball headed people that say "Its to much of a roleplay" say anything, USM is a roleplay in all. So deal with it.*
Military Entrance Processing Station or MEPS for short. MEPS is to help Enlisted Recruits find jobs in the Military. There are 65 stations around the US. For example, if a new person joins the military. Instead of just saying "JOIN THE MARINES OR ELSE" or "BETTER JOIN THE AIRFORCE NUB" or "ARMY IS THE BEST NOW JOIN!", we should make it so that recruiters help find the persons job EX.(Infantry, Pilot, Training, etc.) by asking a series of questions. On average, the MEPS Recruiter will ask 10-20 questions or more depending on how the person answers the questions. After the Military Recruiter has asked questions, he/she will message the JCS/VJCS of said branch with the names of each person that they interviewed names and how they did on the interview. The JCS will then decide if the person is worthy of joining the branch.
Support or not, Just no comments about how much of a roleplay this is, because your life is then a roleplay. |

In a way I agree. People should stop forcing others but, we shouldnt do it that way. We should have recruiters question them and depending on how they answer we recommend a certain branch to that recruit.

| The Idea is not full proof yet. Other things could possibly happen too. I just think that just joining a branch unknowingly is a little off the charts. Also who agrees we should make a 15 or so day period that you can't be a Officer in. |
