Cartoon characters are iconic. Its the one thing adults and kids both share. A love for the wacky and silly adventures of cartoons. With Popeye franchise/copyright going up for sale in 2016, I think its about time we embrace our love for cartoons.
Number Ten-Bugs Bunny: Although he should be Number One, I think Bugs would be a great way to start things off. Bugs Bunny is delightful in all forms. He's been a baby, a person, etc. He's practically the face of Warner Bros. His witty and sarcastic style is the reason he is on the top ten.
Number Nine-He-Man: Self explanatory.
Number Eight-Grunkle Stan: Although Gravity Falls has debuted in 2012, I think GF is certaintly an underdog. The show is known for its "suggestive humor" and smooth animation style. Something Disney doesn't do too often. Grunkle Stan is the funny and secretive great uncle of Dipper and Mable Pines. Known for his love of gold, brown meat and jokes, he certaintly is a worthy number 8 pick.
Number Seven-Dexter: Known for being on Dexters Lab, this kid may be small, but he's big in humor! Known for having a TV-Y7 episode filled with censored swearing, he caused an uproar in the late 90's. This show brings back some fond memories for every early 2000's kid, so he's a worthy competitor for all the people on this list.
Number Six-Popeye: This list wouldn't be complete without him! Although he's practically self explanatory, some people are just...dumb. Known for his love of Spinach, tattoo's and jumping weirdo's with beardo's, he deserves to be number six. Seriously though, wouldn't it be prejudice to beat up a sailor who has a beard?
Number Five-Stimpy: Pretty self explanatory.
Number Four-Micky Mouse: Severely Obvious!
Number Three-Bob Belcher: Known for his cult TV show, Bobs Burgers, he's certainly an underdog. Although this cartoon isn't severly popular, it does pack some big laughs! Once you watch season one, you'll understand. Gravity Falls does tend to drop some hints about this show. Pay attention to Mable.
Number Two-Peter Griffin: Yeah...pretty sure we all understand. Despite his seemingly unaware, annoying and inmature attitude, he deserves to be number two.
Honorable Mentions: Prince Zuko Ren Finn Jake Mordecai Rigby Zim Phineas Ferb Kim Possible Samurai Jack Robin
Number One-Homer Simpson: The Simpsons has graced the TV for 20 years. Although it has declined in humor, its still something to watch if you feel like watching a Cartoon Network show at 9:00 at night. Homer Simpson has proved to be one of the best TV dads since Bill Cosby. Not much of an achievement, so instead of Bill Cosby, I'll say Sanford and Son. There we go.
Hope you enjoyed. Also, its worth mentioning I hate Family Guy. -puts on bullet proof vest- |

"Phineas and Ferb is terrible". No, it humor is just too deep for you, even if it may just seem like a little kid's show. This is one of those cases where you have to try not to judge the book by its cover.

the show is exactly the same every episode; they make a machine, parry beats up the unfunny german stereotype bad guy, they use the exact same jokes all the time, the songs are annoying, and the show just has this, disgusting, trying too hard, bad humor aftertaste you get from watching it. |

| I hate My Little Pony. Characters a dull, unfunny, and everything a Kindergardener dreams of. I didn't include South Park because I haven't watched an episode, besides the "naggers" and "rock band easter egg" scenes. Thirdly, who the hell watches Legends Of Chima? Fourthly, I apologize for the lack of Schnitzel. Chowder was a great show. Fifthly, Hideous and Nerd (Phineous and Ferb) used to have that kind of humor until 2010, when Disney decided to milk it like a prized heffer. Now its just stale, unfunny and overdone. Like a McDonalds burger. |

| Hey you guys might not like it, but you don't represent all of humanity. It's lasted for 2 or 3 seasons so far, so they must be doing something right. |

| They're making money. Personally, its just a cash cow. Hipsters eat it up. I think its creepy that men, over 18, are watching a show aimed at 6-9 year old girls. But if you want to get down to the meat of it, its the characters bro. The characters aren't really developed because the show is (loosely) a comedy. If you look at it this way, lets use Peter Griffin for example. He is common knowledge to everyone. Its a comedy that makes fun of everything. Though, Peter's developed over the seasons. Now lets look at Pinkie Pie. She hasn't done anything in the 3+ years the shows run. Hell, no ones even advanced. So how can they be worthy of the list, if they haven't even evolved? Grunkle Stan evolves more in one episode, than Rarity, Pinkie Pie, Twilight Sparkle, RainbowCrash or Flutterguy can in a season. |
