Why would the monitor take their phones? Is it against the rules to bring your phone to school?

At my school, you have to leave them in the locker or the Monitor does the same exact thing.

You aren't allowed to have your phone out at lunch, during class (unless a teacher says so), or out in the hallway. Recess and any other time it's fine.

Isn't recess and lunch the same thing?
But I don't get why you can't take out your phone at lunch. |

We're not allowed to use them at lunch cause last year someone got caught texting naughty pics to a friend on the other side of the room since you're not allowed to get up and move around.

Stupid. Schools should be sued for illegal seizure of property.

You wanna know the funny thing? My school BLOCKS "ROBLOX" with Fortinet BUT yet, ROBLOX is on my Mathematics teachers computer. It's likely for his son but still, if the teacher allowed his son to download it, I think we should be able to play it my school. Anyways, mostly everyone in my class noticed once me and my cousin saw it WHICH MEANS "ROBLOX" is well known and that a majority of my friends HAVE played ROBLOX in the past and if Microsoft ruins Minecraft, well, everyone will be returning to ROBLOX. ;D

Wait, when you say monitor? You mean a person who monitored the lunch? Because the way you are making it sound, makes it seem that you are talking about Computers.

So should schools also be sued for blocking sites like ROBLOX in-case someone wants to play at Lunch?
