A few months ago I had started writing down a (rather large) design document for a game concept I had.
I came up with some neat ideas for gameplay mechanics involving the X1 Kinect, primarily it's ability to read facial expressions and heart rate.
Even though it was unlikely I'd actually develop the game, I was really proud of the mechanics I came up with for the Kinect, and to see it fail, well, that hasn't made me too happy.

what I meant to say is,
everything that's possible in kinect is probably already possible with the wii |

Yep, because the Wii has a heartrate sensor and can read facial expressions.

The thing is though, the Xbox One Kinect would've done better if Microsoft didn't force people to pay an extra $100 for a sensor most people didn't use on the X360.

| not really, voice controls aren't relevant in technology and only kids are interested in using motion technology(see why the wii was such a success but the wii u failed) |

still
I can't think of any mechanic that uses those and isn't extrememly flawed. |
