| Yes, but if it has any GUIs, or other items in lightings, starter pack, or server storage, etc., then you need to move those to workspace before publishing them as a model. |

select all of your crap file (top right) > publish selection to roblox > name it. etc.

| Edit/selectallparts , Rightclick on the highlighted parts in explorer and select Save to roblox. A popup comes and you create a new model. |

| I do believe you can actually copy every thing as a model. What you do is you select everything in the explorer then publish selections to roblox. |
