Coming from other online services, ROBLOX's customer service is wonderful. I got 3 replies in less then 24 hours and they are being in depth of what to do.
(before you say it's a bot, a bot would not make accidental typos)
Comparing to other customer support systems, this is the best I have ever seen. Thanks. |

LOL. Apple has the best service. They treat you so nice and they actually help you. Sometimes they solve the problem for you if its critical. Here most of the people on the forums treat you like crap. So how about you think about it for a minute..

@Ysko The first automatic response is just telling you that it was sent and shows some common fixes. Then you're put in a waiting list for a person to reply. |

| @VerySimplistic I fully understand how the customer support system works. They have preset messages so they're not there writing messages for hours. Normally they will send you a pre-written message (which is usually nothing to do with what you asked for), unless it's something very specific (such as a rare question or billing issues). |

HAH!
The only good thing they are good for is billing. Was helped quite quickly for my billing issue, however any other issues I have had in the past were either ignored or they helped me with something I never needed help with in the first place. |
