When ever I try to make a shirt, the shirt area turns out fine, but the skin area thats supposed to be transparent to show the skin, is white.
This happened with a few shirts of mine, but here's an example: http://www.roblox.com/My/Item.aspx?ID=177227137
Can someone tell me what I need to do so the skin area is transparent/to make it transparent? I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong!

What file extension are you saving the image as?

If you are not uploading a .png file you must re save your image file with that extension.

Im saving it as .jpg
Also, yes, I do have the black and white checkers on there. My dad tried to help...but we have no clue what's going on. |

| Does it matter between .jpg and .png though? Or are they the same thing... |

| JPG is for regular photos with no transparency and PNG allows you to save pictures that are transparent. If you saved photos with transparent parts on it as a JPG it will be white. |
